Bought a used 2019 car from them. We told them we wanted brakes done and they did put on new pads but found out that they left the rotors pitted and in bad condition. Salesman told us one thing on the remaining warranty but as soon as we signed the sales manager told us a different thing. When we objected he offered additional discount but was very high pressure. My bad for not bailing at that point. After purchasing we kept having noise in front end. When we took it into brent brown for service they said we needed 4 new tires and offered to a deal on 4 tires at just over $2000. I said no thank you. After going elsewhere to have it looked at we learned they had sold it to us with one tire larger than the others. Bought new tires and paid for an alignment but hoping thier crooked dealings don't end up ruining the transaxle. All in all this is the kind of place that gives used car salesman the bad name. Never again will I deal with them and warn others to stay away. More

My only issue is that the truck was scheduled for an oil change @ 5000 miles but the customer service rep told me the first service was tire rotation & top of fluids.
