We had a 10am appointment and had to wait 20 mins. Seems a lot of people are funneled through Brock Deluca while other sales people are not very busy at all. I went to buy a new car, asked to see the details of the car features/color before signing lease and they told me they would send it to me the next day. I never received it. I was also led to believe I'd ge car features/color before signing lease and they told me they would send it to me the next day. I never received it. I was also led to believe I'd get a black car with black interior, but received a grey interior. It is horrible because I have a dog that rides in the car, as well as the color looks like crap on the inside. I am very disappointed in the process. I feel like the sales rep hid the fact that the interior was grey just to get a sale. I am very disappointed and I will tell everyone I know to never use brent brown after my experience. I also feel like I pay to much after looking at all the details and I feel like I was just taken advantage of. Horrible service and experience overall. More
