Car had scratched and was told they would be able to buff it out. During purchase process, we checked on the status and was told it actually couldn’t be buffed out and that we were purchasing car as is. Had it out. Had to fight Ismael to get it fixed — as a customer, that was frustrating and disappointing. The tire light was on and I requested for it to be checked but that was also not done. I’ve emailed Josh about an overcharge on my purchase price and he has avoided my calls and emails. I’ve tried not to be biased towards big box car companies but our experience with Brent Brown Toyota was awful. We were clearly just another sales commission and I regret our decision to purchase from there. I would go so far as to deter friends and family who think of being your customers. More
