Tire leak Initial patch didn't work for a slow leak. "Can't patch over a patch." So two new tires needed. Specified the wrong tire to be replaced. Fair prices but LOTS of waiting for promises they weren't fulfilling. We bought a used van. While we were signing papers, they told us they were detailing the van (it LOTS of waiting for promises they weren't fulfilling. We bought a used van. While we were signing papers, they told us they were detailing the van (it really needed it!) and fixing the brakes which squeaked. So we waited and waited and they stalled and stalled. After we signed the papers and finally went out to our new (to us) van, they hadn't done either of those things. We had to bring the van back for them to fix the brakes and we cleaned the van ourselves. Also very upsetting was the fact they pulled my credit (which is excellent-812) FOUR times. FOUR TIMES! So unnecessary and I'm still super mad about that (and it was because of their lack of following through things). Also, don't bother on anyone calling you back when you leave a message with the service dept. The day they did fix our brakes I had to call three times to get in touch with the person doing our vehicle's service. One of those times I was on hold for 14 minutes (their excuse was "phone difficulties"). BUT, they did give us new floor mats (which was actually to cover the fact that they didn't detail the vehicle) and gave us a full tank of gas. But we're glad we have new mats. And they did end up fixing the brakes ("out of the kindness of our hearts"). More

I finally showed up the next week after several calls to his office and had no excuse. More
