We live outside the Wasatch Front (in St. George), and visited the dealership during a visit to handle other business. When we arrived, it was determined that the vehicles we had viewed on line had all been sold. Bob went the extra mile to find a vehicle that was to be sent to Denver, worked a trade for a 2020 Camry that was on the lot, and then obtained the last 2019 Camry available. He also made sure we were given the same discounted price that had been agreed to for another vehicle that had been sold. Our entire experience was excellent, and we would refer anyone looking for a Toyota to your dealership. More
Slow start turns into above and beyond I drove my Highlander into the service area for routine service. The lot personnel had greeted me, asked my name, and checked me in. They moved my vehicle up a couple of notches toward the front of the line but no one had come forward to ask me what I was in for until Mike saw me standing there, looking lost I suppose, He asked if I'd been served yet and was appalled that no one had come forward. He jumped in quickly, found out what I needed done, and directed me to the comfortable waiting area (complete with free popcorn and bottled water) and initiated service on my vehicle. I had mentioned a slow leak on one of my tires and during the rotation process they checked for a leak, tightened the valve core and fixed the leak.. The tire rotation was part of the new car purchase agreement, but the slow leak research and repair was unexpected and free of charge. Thanks Mike and service department. More

Positive, but a little confusing. My husband and I are still learning about this automobile. I get the impression that the Quick Reference Guide was written for the same car, I guess, but some cars would have a few different features. But I have had other reference guides for other things that have information for lots of other styles instead of just the one I am buying. Something like that. The diagram on pages 2-3 is quite confusing, but as I say, I am just starting to really get into it. I am of the generation of people who were not raised on computers, iPhones and the rest of the exciting things the younger ones have today, but this is a challenge to learn all this, and I am excited to do it. The salespeople were very helpful, positive and nice. Your building was spotless and attractive inside and out. More
