Will never contact you again. Scuffed up my brand new car I bought a brand new Rav4 from Brent brown and purchased some aftermarket upgrades through the dealer. When I bought the car, I was told they couldn' I bought a brand new Rav4 from Brent brown and purchased some aftermarket upgrades through the dealer. When I bought the car, I was told they couldn't find one of the keys and that they would look for it and get it to me ASAP. I bought the car over a month ago and I have literally never(other than being told I can come pick it up after having the hitch installed)-- not one time been contacted about my car. It's been a month and I have called, texted, and gone into the dealership MULTIPLE times asking how I can get my second key and they literally will not help me. The only info I get is "if we can't find it you'll have to get a new one made". When I ask how they say "you have to come in on the day the key guy comes". Every time I try to schedule an appointment, they say "we don't know when he's coming in". I was told they would call me and let me know when the hitch was ready for install... I called, and called about it and left messages asking to let me know when it was ready. Never able to get ahold of anyone, and they would never return my messages. I had to go in and ask if it was there (it was) and set up an appointment at the front desk. I took the Rav4 in to get an aftermarket hitch installed and they took several panels off to run the trailer harness up. However, when taking them off, they chipped/scratched them up, and there are screws in the back of my car they obviously failed to put back in place and the clips aren't holding the panels tightly anymore. I would think a dealer would be more gentle with a car they sell. Especially a brand new one. If you buy a car here... Make sure you have EVERYTHING you need before you drive away or you will NEVER get it. There were other issues with payments/getting reimbursed, too. But this is already long-winded. These guys will "bend over backwards" to get you to purchase a car. And then they will run and hide when it comes to helping you afterwards. More

I am the type of person that normally HATES using a dealer, would prefer to buy from a private owner, but Brent Brown and their staff have changed my mind 100% I have now bought 5 or 6 vehicles from them and have felt like they were all very good deals. Most the time they will waive the dealership fees, and they are willing to deal. They offer more than anyone I've ever dealt with for your trades, and really, honestly go the extra mile to earn your business. I've worked with Riley, Shad, Kelly and would recommend to ask for them, but if they are not available, I'm sure the other sales people are great too. 5 star all day long for Brent Brown!!! More
