We were welcomed and made to feel comfortable, My only complaint about the dealership was that I brought the car in for some accessories and was told it would take a few hours so I planned for that. It only took and hour. So not really a big deal. Our interactions with all that we worked with so far has been great. More

Great experience after a long day of searching The last time we bought a new car was in 2002, Toyota Camry, from Brent Brown, when it was located in Provo, Utah. We decided to replace the Camry wit The last time we bought a new car was in 2002, Toyota Camry, from Brent Brown, when it was located in Provo, Utah. We decided to replace the Camry with a new car. We were not sure what kind of car we wanted. We had looked at some online and looked at some reviews. We decided we wanted to look at Ford, Toyota, Honda and Subaru. We live in Payson, so we started at a Ford Dealership in Spanish Fork. We were not impressed with their sales team, or selection of cars to look at. Our next stop was Brent Brown Toyota, in Orem. We were immediately met by Dr. Mac, as we approached the dealership. He was very friendly and appeared to want to get to know us and help us in our search for a car. We looked at several different cars, RAV 4, Camry, Avalon and test drove the RAV 4. All of them were different and we were not completely satisfied with any of them. We were about to leave to continue our search, when Dr. Mac asked if we would consider looking at a Highlander. I knew this car was a little out of our price range, but after some encouragement we agreed to test drive one. It was like going from a VW bug to a Cadillac. Wow, we were impressed. It was larger, more leg room, smooth and quite. But we were on a quest to find the right car. So we left and continued our journey to visit both a Honda and Subaru dealership. We were not satisfied with our experience at either dealership. So we returned to Brent Brown and connected with Dr. Mac again. The rest is history. We started our search at Noon and drove home in our brand new Highlander after 10:00 PM. We were exhausted, but happy. I am sure Dr. Mac and other employees at the dealership were exhausted also. Happy and excited customer. We are enjoying our new ride. More

Moe's service was fantastic and hooked me up with a killer deal on all four brakes and resurfaced all four rotters. I would Highly recommend asking for Moe at Brent Brown Toyota. In fact I would tell people to skipped their nearest Toyota dealership just to go to Moe at Brent Brown. Awesome job thank you very much Moe. More
