Quality service; slight delays I have no complaints with the quality of the service or the rep in charge (who was friendly and professional), as is par for course with Brent Brown. Unfortunately, we did experience a delay that made appointment last about 30 minutes longer than was expected, which makes this stop short of a perfect visit. I started with an online chat, which was very pleasant and easy. Our salesman, JJ, was simply awesome. So was Ryan and the whole gang to close the deal. Such a great experience. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience, which is not an easy review from a guy like me. If you need a car, you need a car, but go to Brent Brown and save any headache! And look up JJ. You wont regret it! We took a loaner car while tint etc was being installed and we looked the keys in the car in our garage... Karyn hooked us up by delivering the key and driving the car back. Everything about this was awesome service. More

Always professional and courteous I was on time for my appointment, for a change, but there was a long line of cars in all three service doors. I was greeted almost immediately by one I was on time for my appointment, for a change, but there was a long line of cars in all three service doors. I was greeted almost immediately by one of the service guys who took my name and contacted my service rep on a headset. I was able to pull into the service bay and again, another service guy came to my car to make sure I was being taken care of. Within minutes a third employee came to start the check-in process and then went over to give that information to Russell, my service rep. Although Russell had been too busy to greet me for 10 minutes or so, the other employees covered his back until he was able to come to the car. He did a great job once he was able to take over. How could I NOT recommend Brent Brown service department! Thanks to everyone. More
Vehicle Recall I went in recently because there was a recall notice on my car. So I took it in and it was taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. I want to give a shout out to both Joel Kitchen and Joseph Grotton. I also had to get an oil change which Joseph helped me out with. Joel was the one that helped me with the recall. Both these guys are awesome and Toyota is lucky to have them as a part of their team! More
