Brock Deluca came up to us and we talked about 10 minutes and we were looking at 2019 Highlanders. We then talked with the sales manager another 10-15 minutes and we leased a new Highlander XLE. This is our third lease from Brent Brown Toyota. This dealership and it's personnel are what you often don"t find at many other dealerships. I have been to many...Ford, Chevrolet, Honda, Toyota, etc.. We have leased for 30 years. Being a girl that knows very little about cars, it’s always daunting to get any services done. So I’m fairly sensitive to upselling. I prefer places that offer what’s actually needed first, then inform me on which add-ons could benefit me as well. I didn’t feel pushed to get more than I needed, but when I asked for one service, I was offered the most expensive package, not just the service I requested. Also, while scheduling my appointment I was told someone would call me back with pricing for an additional service I needed, but I never heard from anyone or got any messages other than the one confirming my appointment the day before. More
