Oil change and emissions I had not set an appointment to get service done for my vehicle. Good thing there was someone there to take in walk-ins. That day the service departme I had not set an appointment to get service done for my vehicle. Good thing there was someone there to take in walk-ins. That day the service department was pretty busy, and I thought that I wouldn’t have been able to get my vehicle serviced because of the amount of customers that made appointments. Good thing they had someone on stand by to take in walk-in customers. I had no problems waiting for my vehicle, since that day I had a lot of time to spare. I had gotten a rock chip on my windshield a week before I took my vehicle in, and Toyota fixed that problem for me. I needed to get three things done on my car, Oil change, Emissions inspection, and rock chip repaired. Toyota got all three done for me! Thank you so much More

this went fine, quick repair 5 stars because it was pretty fast repair, and they contacted me as soon as it was done. i like that they offer shuttle (although i did not use it th 5 stars because it was pretty fast repair, and they contacted me as soon as it was done. i like that they offer shuttle (although i did not use it this time.) online, i did see information that is for dealerships showing that the problem i had with my van is a common one, and they should possibly have recommended it the last time i brought in my vehicle for maintenance and checkup -- this problem i had this time was not a recall, but was covered for free due to it being a known point of failure, and recommended by Toyota manufacturer, and could have been a preemptive fix according to my van's age/model/mileage if this same crew had checked on the part last time i was there (about 2 months ago, when they were checking on recalls for my vehicle.) i have used this dealership twice for repairs, and seems friendly each time. More
