Can't seem to find anything bad to say This is my first new car, unfortunately we got rear ended at only 4k miles in the car. Damage was minimal but we wanted it looked at regardless. Replaced at no charge to me. They knew when I went in that i was rear ended and the other driver was at fault, Toyota could have easily claimed I needed a new bumper and had the other driver pay. The honesty and integrity is what will keep me loyal to Toyota long term, especially this dealership in particular. More

I was specific and direct in my search criteria and the McKay was amenable to my na I chose this dealership because of proximity, selection and price. I was specific and direct in my search criteria and the McKay was amenable to my narrow focus. My total time at the dealer including test drives and financing was < 3 hours. I hate pushy sales people but did not experience this here. Keep up the low key no pressure service. More
