Used Car Purchase We have been looking for some time to replace our 1996 Volvo, a nice car but expensive repairs. Besides Toyota, we also looked at other Japanese cars, because of their reputation for being reliable. When we went to other dealers, we did not feel comfortable with pushy salesmen. But when my husband walked into Brent Brown alone to save me from pushy salesmen, he was greeted by John Filmore. Somehow, by husband liked in at first sight. He was very helpful but not pushy. My husband and I took turns to test drive a brand new Toyota iM and on later days 3 used Priuses. John was very patient with us and never felt we were wasting his time. The more we went to see more used ones the more we felt we for sure want to buy from him. His calm demeanor finally got us to buy the car we bought at Brent Brown. Awesome deal! I test drove a Scion TC at another dealership about a week or so ago and totally fell in love with it! I really wanted it but unfortunately, it had a little too many miles. Luckily I found this TC at Brent Brown Toyota. Since it was the end of the month they gave me a good deal and let me trade in my beloved 1983 Ford F350! Taylor and Rory were amazing! Taylor was our salesman. He had a lot of knowledge on the cars he is selling. You can tell he really cares about his job. Rory was our finance guy. He had a great attitude and was very funny. Yes, Brent Brown is a little bit on the expensive side. I probably won't buy a new car from them, but I would definitely go back for a used car!
