I was initially misled by the mailer I got saying I would be provided a rental car but that wasn't an option, so that was a bummer. My car also had the radio on when I'm sure I turned it off when I turned it in (wasn't even on one of my stations). I'm thinking they may have disconnected the battery to do the repair? Maybe that defaults it on? More
Got the truck I wanted but paid 2k over msrp I called Toyota dealerships from Ogden to Provo to find my Tacoma Pro. Menlove(5k over msrp) and Brent Brown(4k over msrp) were both asking over MSRP I called Toyota dealerships from Ogden to Provo to find my Tacoma Pro. Menlove(5k over msrp) and Brent Brown(4k over msrp) were both asking over MSRP for the Tacoma Pro due to the fact that it is a hot item and they don't even make it to the lot before getting sold. Brent Brown came down to 2k over msrp. Tony Devino and Mark Miller Toyota were willing to sell the Tacoma Pro for MSRP, but didn't have one in stock. To order one it takes 3 - 6 months and I could have saved some money, but didn't want to wait that long. Service for the most part was ok, but each time I went down there my salesman had someone else help me because he had another customer he was working with each time. I felt like, once I was a fish on the line and ready to buy, I got the hand off. I was an easy sell because I had done all the research and new what I wanted so I didn't get the normal attention that most people get when spending 45k on a new vehicle. I was really impressed with my salesman at Tony Devino, who spent a lot of time with me, was not distracted, took my calls immediately, and answered all my questions. I felt bad that they didn't have the truck in stock, but it came down to who had the truck is who I went with. I had them add the clear bra and undercarriage which I think is worth it in the long run. More
Great Customer Service I brought my truck in for a oil change and found out my brakes were bad. I told Jen Clark to go ahead with the repairs so she asked me if I would like a rental car so I could go to work. I accepted her offer and she set me up in another truck as a rental. I have worked with Jen numerous times and she always is looking out for my best interest. Anothe rtime she helped me get Toyota to cover my fuel pump replcement, I was 300 miles over my warranty expiration and Jen called Toyota and got them to cover the cost of repairs. $900.00, I was very thankful for her looking out for me. I definitely would recommend Brent Brown Toyota and Jen Clark to my friends. George Layne More
