In fact, just based on a couple of simple service visits, I was considering going back to my old Subaru dealership. (And buying a Subaru next time). Brent Brown turned it all around from the moment we drove into the service shop. Mike Black and Cameron were genuinely warm and friendly. The work done on the vehicle was fast and thorough. From now on, will go to Brent Brown Toyota and skip the big dealership in SLC where we bought the truck. More

We had a great experience We came in to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle. Our used SUV was costing us a fortune in gas but we were still making payments. We worked with Morgan We came in to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle. Our used SUV was costing us a fortune in gas but we were still making payments. We worked with Morgan, Shane, and Andy. They paid for our old vehicle and financed a certified vehicle for us without any hassle. They clearly explained everything for us, and didn't try to up-sale us or get us to buy a bunch of useless add-ons. At one point one of the other salesmen came and chatted with us while the financing was going through. In the end they worked out a better deal then the original one and saved us nearly $7,000 on the start price. It was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle. I will be going to them when the time comes again for a new vehicle. More

Oil change We were there for an oil change, I bought a used car from them they don’t sale there. Joel had the tech run and get an air filter for the car so it could be changed. They are very knowledgeable and nice. I wish I could rate the children’s play area though, it is dirty. Extremely dirty. My kids hands were discolored after playing with the toys. They really should get new ones or at least have someone disinfect that area. The rugs looked like they came from out by the service desk, they have dark stains on them. I would give the children’s place a zero on stars. More
