Overall a great experience! Kyle Bourgeios was very accommodating. We worked with Kyle's manager (Brett?) as well, who also provided great customer service. We were very interested in a specific car at this dealer, but we thought we could find a better deal for something similar close by. We did a lot of research in the next few days (during which Kyle was very responsive over text messages), and found that Brent Brown had just about the best deal on this car! Kyle and Brett were just as helpful as before when we returned and said we had changed our minds. When we decided to purchase the car, Jared from finance was also very helpful, he had financial advice that wouldn't affect the amount of cash the dealer would receive, but would help us with our credit and our long term financial health. Everyone there seemed so eager to help us out! Overall very satisfied with Brent Brown Auto in Orem! More

I was initially misled by the mailer I got saying I would be provided a rental car but that wasn't an option, so that was a bummer. My car also had the radio on when I'm sure I turned it off when I turned it in (wasn't even on one of my stations). I'm thinking they may have disconnected the battery to do the repair? Maybe that defaults it on? More
