I was checked in quickly and given an estimated wait time. They finished servicing my vehicle 10 minutes before the expected time. Then, Mike completed the process by reviewing what was completed, what I’ll need done at my next visit and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a great service. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I was on my way to a competitive dealership to buy a competitive brand used car. I didn't think I had enough cash or credit to buy my preferred New T I was on my way to a competitive dealership to buy a competitive brand used car. I didn't think I had enough cash or credit to buy my preferred New Toyota 4Runner. Victoria at the front desk cheerfully directed me to Kyle B. and Sheldon W. who worked hard to get the price and loan options I needed to put together a great deal on a new 4Runner. While I was a little demanding and stressed because I had an appointment with another car dealer in about an hour, Sheldon and Kyle were very gracious and put together a great package for me. Charlie in finance made arrangements with my credit union to allow a little better finance option and in about an hour I drove out in my new 4Runner with about the same payment and terms I would have had with the competitive dealers used 2017 SUV. The whole staff at Brent Brown Toyota greatly exceeded my expectations. Go see Kyle, Sheldon and Charlie if you want a great experience buying a car, you wont be disappointed!
