Flat Tire Yesterday morning I called because I was worried about my back tire. They got me in just a few short hours later. Did the Job right. They originally did not have the part that that my car needed so they ordered it and as soon as it arrived they call and scheduled a time to install. I mean why would you buy a car without test driving it. It was the only yaris ia they had and kt was inside the building. I understand that they gotta move all the cars out of the ways to test drive it. He claimed its was gonna be alot but I didnt care because I want to test drive it before buying. Then as i was purchasing the car, I kept asking him questions and he leaves and come back and ask me questions and not answering my questions. And I repeat the questions and he says oh sorry let me go get the answer and come back with more questions. It was very frustrating. It was like he was. Trying to get rid of me so quickly. There alot I can say but I am glad he introduced me to this car and I am loving it. More

Almost all of the dealers came in at about the same price for the vehicle that I was looking for...except Brent Brown Toyota (BBT). I immediately called BBT expecting for them to say their fees would bring the price up, But this did not happen. In fact I spoke with Maddy Loveless who went out of her way to hold a vehicle for me, and get all the paperwork ready so when I showed up the purchase would be a quick and easy process. When I got to BBT I met with Bob Sanders who ensured the purchase went smooth, and quick. The paperwork was ready, credit check was approved. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life, and this the the quickest and easiest. I expect to be back soon! More
