Professional Service I brought my 2016 Tacoma in for the 30,000 mile service. I have brought my truck in every 5,000 for my Toyota care. I have had "Josh" as my service rep every time (except maybe the first one). I have actually requested him each time as he has always given me confidence that my truck is being taken care of. He it the most professional and friendly service agent that I have ever worked with. I actually had an issue with a leak that was a pretty big issue. That was over the past couple visits. He remembered me each time, even though it was 5,000 miles since he saw me. More

Quick, Friendly, Efficient Service! I went to get my Oil changed expecting it be a couple of hours. I get there and used the complimentary shuttle and by the time I got back my car was a I went to get my Oil changed expecting it be a couple of hours. I get there and used the complimentary shuttle and by the time I got back my car was already finished! They sent me a live video from the technician explaining what was done with my car and their recommendations for future service (which was really cool). And they called and let me know exactly when it was finished and sent a shuttle to pick me up. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy. It was a great experience I would highly recommend! :) More
