Great experience from beginning to end It is refreshing to have an appointment scheduled and be taken right on time. Light was still on. To start off, my biggest concern was when I got my car back the airbag light was still on but the “maintenance required “ light which lets me know I n To start off, my biggest concern was when I got my car back the airbag light was still on but the “maintenance required “ light which lets me know I need to change the oil was off. I would have taken my car back and inquired as to why but you had already had my car for five hours and you were so busy I was concerned that I would have to wait even more. My other concern was a movie you had playing in the lobby. It was a graphic war movie that seemed too intense for the kids that were watching it. On the other screen was Judge Judy which wasn’t any better. I just think the programming needs to be kid friendly or sensitive. I liked being able to walk around and open the doors to the cars in the show room and get a whiff of that new car smell. And I appreciated the self serve hot drink machine and popcorn in the lobby. More

Fixed my car! They fixed my car, it was all under warranty and free! Moe also hooked me up with a free rental car while I waited for my car to get done. Moe was so nice and gave me updates the whole time, it was very nice to know what was happening and to be kept in the loop the whole way! Moe was very accommodating when I didn't have my proof of insurance to rent a car, he let me give him a copy when I brought it back the next day!
