If you are tired of having only black or white cars to choose from, check this place out. I now have a red car to add to my blue one. They both run great - just like the dealership I bought it from. Awesome service Just took my car in for another service like always. They always did awesome job on my car. Too long to do a simple task in service when I was waiting. I purchased in Orem even though I am from Salt Lake, so I wait for service when I come. I made an appointment when the number of appointments was low I purchased in Orem even though I am from Salt Lake, so I wait for service when I come. I made an appointment when the number of appointments was low. I was waiting at the dealership for the car. It took way too long for an oil change and tire rotation (over two hours). Even then I had to walk the lot to see that the work was finally done. This is the second time that no one called me to tell me it was ready for pick up. Generally, the service was ok, but these would be easy fixes for persons waiting, and for such simple tasks. I will still consider buying Toyota again, but I will likely look at other dealerships that are closer to home. More

PAINFUL! I will NEVER go back there to even get car serviced Clearly 10 yrs ago wasn't nearly long enough to stay away @ Brent Brown when I bought my 1st Rav4. Trust me, I am disgusted enough this time I will never be back! I don't like the new body style, but know that after having a Rav 4, I wouldn't be happy going back to a corolla. When I expressed intrest in a certified Rav 4 (because of the body style) I felt extreem presure & bullied. I didnt even drive it out of the lot before papers were signed. Comments made by 2 guys in finance that I "should be happier, I was getting a new car!" I got it home & next morning realized how dirty it was inside! I realize it was used, but for xxxx sakes anyone would expect the car to be spotless when buying from a dealer. Greg & Shane rude & worthless when I called about it. Until I could talk to karyn, nobody bothered to tell me of the 7 day exchange policy! I settled for a 2014 Rav4. At least it was clean inside. More
