Awesome experience! I was an out of state buyer and after a few logistical hiccups, everything thing went smooth. I flew in from Colo. hitched a ride to Brent Brown wher I was an out of state buyer and after a few logistical hiccups, everything thing went smooth. I flew in from Colo. hitched a ride to Brent Brown where Brock met me in the showroom. After looking at the car, test driving, and signing docs, I was on the road back to Denver within 60 minutes. Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More

Overall, it was a nice experience, we've reserved a car while it was still in transit. Once the car was on the lot, we scheduled a meeting with Todd, did a test drive, did all the paperwork, appraised our while it was still in transit. Then we just came back on the next with the check and wrapped up the purchase. The only negative was that we were not informed on the first day that they can do the anti-rust coating for the frame (something we were interested in) - we've only learned about that on the next day when we were picking up the car, so we had to wait an extra hour for the coating to be applied. The service was however performed promptly, so I'm keeping my overall 5 star rating. More
