It was very frustrating being there with my two young kids and watching our technician just chitchatting for over a half hour instead of working on our vehicle. Joel told me it would be a couple hours, it took 5 hours. I dropped it at 11 am. Called and texted at 3 pm, no reply or call back. Called again at 3:30, left message, no reply. Called again at 4 pm, left ano I dropped it at 11 am. Called and texted at 3 pm, no reply or call back. Called again at 3:30, left message, no reply. Called again at 4 pm, left another message, still no call back. Texted again a little after 4 and then finally heard back at 4:15. Things take longer than expected all the time but that’s when communication needs to be even better More

I wasn't impressed with the service and often feel like the employees aren't very honest or on top of things. The last time I had my car serviced they printed me a report that showed that everything looke the employees aren't very honest or on top of things. I decided to have my tires changed after seeing the report because there was a buy three and get one free sale and my tires would need to be changed soon anyway. After the tires we changed they printed me a new report and the second one did not have the same indication as the first. Seemed rather odd and when I questioned the technician about it he said he no longer had the original report. More
