The customer service in the service department has always been lacking at BB. I trust Toyota overall but BB needs to up their game. I had to wait by my car for 10 minutes because "my service associate" was b been lacking at BB. I trust Toyota overall but BB needs to up their game. I also confirmed the service I would be receiving when I dropped my truck off (oil change, tire rotation, inspection), was called and told my truck was all ready and when I showed up to pick up my truck and confirmed the work was done, they had not even done the oil change!
