Poor Experience, do not plan on coming back. I do not understand how a Dealership can be so dishonest. We have had two Rav 4's serviced and always feel that we have to know what Toyota recommends as the understand how a Dealership can be so dishonest. We have had two Rav 4's serviced and always feel that we have to know what Toyota recommends as the service for each regular maintenance. 30,000 miles, is just an oil change, tire rotation and CHECK the other fluid levels. The Service tech told us we needed $700+ in services. Change fluids that Toyota doesn't recommend for 100,000 miles. We called several other Toyota Dealerships, they did not recommend these extra services. When we bought the car, we were told a $400 fee was a "government" fee and we had to pay it to get the car registered. Turns out, that was not ture at all. We came back after we researched and double check the fess we paid just 4 weeks earlier on another Rav 4 from another dealer in Utah, they removed the $400, but what a joke. I do not appreciate the way we have been treated. I do not have time to double check, call other dealers just to make sure that I am not getting RIPPPED OFF. I would give ZERO stars if that was possible. I will never come back!!! More
