Disorganized I only needed to get the emissions done on my car, and it should have maybe taken 30 minutes tops, but I was there for 2 hours. I had scheduled my appointment so you would think they would have put my car in priority. But they made up for it by not making me pay for my emissions test. Rip off Tied to sell me a 600.00 (599.00) service deal which I didn't need. Told me I needed some filters replaced. I asked how much? When I went to pay the total was 95.00. What the xxxx? I was irritated after this increase in price and just wanted to leave. Would not recommend to a friend or at the very least give a solid warning that they will screw you on price so beware. More

After tire rotation my air pressure light was on! I went in for a tire rotation and was surprised when they didn't recommend replacing tires since I was slipping around on wet roads. When I mentioned something to my salesman he looked at the tires and recommended they be changed. Then I get out to drive away and my tire pressure light is on. I'm not sure the service I paid for even got done and it took over an hour to complete! I took the risk going in a second time after my first experience which was also not great. It shouldn't take over an hour for an oil change and it REALLY shouldn't take over an hour for a balance and rotate which may or may not have been done. I will not be going back and I'm certainly glad I learned that lesson with minor maintenance, I'd never trust them with a major repair! For the sake of the guy who helped me, he did a good job of handling the situation and was friendly. More

What I didn't expect was how long they take to complete the oil change! I waited in the lobby for over 1 1/2 hours for each change. I waited for 2 hours for the last oil change! I understand a long wait for repairs, but for a simple oil change? This is ridiculous! From what I can tell by the number of cars that drive up in the service bay, they way overbook their reservations. You would think that a reservation would get you in and out faster, but it doesn't! More
