Typical dealership experience Even less personal than past experiences. The only time any one called me was to schedule another service. I had to ask if my car was done, it was. I went to the service bay and stood there for a while waiting for someone to check me out and no one talked to me despite a lot of employees standing around not doing anything. I finally talked to someone and it didn’t seem like anyone had any clue how to complete the check out process. I asked for the print out of my alignment and they had lost it so I had to go back through to get it done again. They were so disorganized that I literally question whether anyone really bothered to change my oil. I can’t wait to get my last free oil change so I can go back to my regular service shop again. More

Recent experience only I have been dealing with your service department since 2015. I have enjoyed the experience and would recommend it based on that experience. However th I have been dealing with your service department since 2015. I have enjoyed the experience and would recommend it based on that experience. However this last appointment I was approached to up sell me on a service, which I didn't mind, however once I turned down the offer I no longer existed in the mind of the person helping me. They were abrupt, I didn't get a feed of the service from the mechanic (which I have previously received) and when they called to tell me my vehicle was done I was told the keys were on the desk. When I got back t the service desk there was my paperwork, Keys and no one around to give me feedback on my car or its condition (I could have gotten better service from Jiffy Lube and I hate them). My feeling was nobody cared if my vehicle was completed properly , if it was stolen (as anyone could have picked up the keys and from the paperwork known which vehicle it was) and most importantly I was no longer a customer just John Doe off the street. More
Lost oil after service due to oil plug not tightened Had an appointment Saturday 9/14/19 for an oil change for my new Highlander purchased there. Drove other places then to my brother's. After leaving my brother's I drove 2 1/2 hours to our home. During the drive my brother called my husband telling him oil was all over the driveway where I had parked. When I got home my husband checked the drain plug, with oil still leaking out and found the plug very loose. He tightened it and had no more leakage. PLEASE inform your technicians to check the drain plugs before releasing the vehicle! This vehicle is parked in a garage the majority of the time, very questionable if we would have noticed the leak if my brother hadn't called. More
Head light and brake light replacement I took 2.5 hours to replace the two above bulbs. It appears that the my car was parked and then forgotten.
