Another awesome visit with Jenny I was running a bit late getting started with my 1 1/2 drive to Brent Brown. Before I left I gave them a call and was reassured that I was not to worr I was running a bit late getting started with my 1 1/2 drive to Brent Brown. Before I left I gave them a call and was reassured that I was not to worry and that my appointment would still be honored. I was treated so nicely by staff especially "Jenny". You see we have a connection. Her uncle's name is Jim and his wife's name is Irene so she always thinks of them whenever we would come in for service. Unfortunately for me I loss my husband "Jim" a few months ago and told Jenny this. She in turn told me of losing her Dad. Live is precious so make every moment count. Since my Prius was having all day work done I was given a rental car so that I could travel around the area to shop. This made my day so much more fun then sitting waiting for 7 hours. I had help unloading my shopping from rental to my car then Russell explained all the work that was completed and I was on my way. Not before Jenny gave me two car wash tickets I can use next trip up north. I live in Fillmore so it's a ways to get up north. thank You Brent Brown Toyota. More
