Great Customer Service Brent Brown gets it done! Along with great customer service ! Even with a Takada air bag recall they came through...... They performed extra 12 poin Brent Brown gets it done! Along with great customer service ! Even with a Takada air bag recall they came through...... They performed extra 12 point inspections on top of that at no charge... The Takada issue was that Toyota's fault but Brent Brown handled this in a professional manner. More

Great service. Still salespeople. I bought my vehicle a year ago from them. They definitely tried to encourage the purchase that day but not as pushy as other dealers I have delt with. Easy Come Easy Go I was notified by email that my 5 month 5,000 mile maintenance should be scheduled. I used the online scheduling request program offered by Brent Bro I was notified by email that my 5 month 5,000 mile maintenance should be scheduled. I used the online scheduling request program offered by Brent Brown Toyota. The format was easy to follow and there were no issues with booking a time for my Tundra. I was able to have my vehicle maintenance performed in acordence with MY schedule! As we all know in this day and age time is very important to all of us. I was told by John Wiscombe my service rep.,that my vehicle would be ready in a hour. I was at a meeting that last over a hour and when I returned to the dealership my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. I received a written and verbal explanation from John, of the work that was performed on my vehicle. I also received information regarding on may next scheduled service. The interaction with the folks at Brent Brown Toyota have always been a treat. I was impressed with my ability to drop my vehicle off have it worked on and have it ready to go. As I said in my title easy come easy go. I was in and out as promised. I also like the idea that there was no “up sale” from your John. To me that helps with my perception of your staff friendliness. I was also contacted by Nicole Shillcox who simple greeted and welcomed me and helped me get my truck set up for my appointment. I look froward to my next interaction with your staff.
