I had my oil changed at Brent Brown Toyota and it was leaking oil since. I then had to go back and sit and wait for over 2 hours to get it fixed and oil added. I hate that every time I have a service appt they send me an email that looks like a checklist of things they’ve looked at but it’s actually a very confusing document that has no info about my car. Also sometimes I get a written checklist of everything they’ve looked at and sometimes nothing. I’d like a checklist every time I get an oil change that shows exactly what they did and found. More
I was treated very professionally and was surprised my oil change and tire rotation took less time than I expected. The highlight of my visit though was no one tried to upsell me on “other” services. Enrique immediately went and checked the air pressure. At the beginning of my visit I indicated that the maintenance service light was on. Enrique indicated that at the end of the visit that would be cleared off. It was not. I called the service department as I drove home...since that is when I noticed that the message was not cleared. I was told I can come back in and they can clear it or I can look on you tube to learn how to do it myself. It is the little things that are important and the service technician did not pay attention to that. So far, for the most part disappointed with Toyota's service. Pleased with the car. Not impressed with the service quality. More
