I have been very pleased with this dealership until now. Service department treated my wife and I like we did not know what we were talking about. We were turned away without getting the issue resolved. We were told to bring the car back while the issue is currently happening. This dealership is not right around the corner from us. The issue we are having is after sitting in the sun all day, the seatbelt alarm goes off thinking there is someone in the seat. It has to be a bad sensor. More

After a very dishonest auto repair shop in Clermont diagnosed and charged me $3500 to repair my wife's 08 mini S I towed the car to Orlando Mini. I spoke with Tiffany, service advisor and Greg , serv diagnosed and charged me $3500 to repair my wife's 08 mini S I towed the car to Orlando Mini. I spoke with Tiffany, service advisor and Greg , service Mgr. They both were very professional . Tiffany kept us informed and treated us with respect. Our Mini was repaired and is now home and running great. It is hard to find honestly and trust within the auto repair business in todays world.
