I have had the pleasure of meeting with Tiffany on numerous occasions over the past two+ years regarding services for our 2019 Mini Countryman. I have been very pleased with this dealership until now. Service department treated my wife and I like we did not know what we were talking about. We were turned away without getting the issue resolved. We Service department treated my wife and I like we did not know what we were talking about. We were turned away without getting the issue resolved. We were told to bring the car back while the issue is currently happening. This dealership is not right around the corner from us. The issue we are having is after sitting in the sun all day, the seatbelt alarm goes off thinking there is someone in the seat. It has to be a bad sensor. More
