Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand how frustrating this situation was, and I want to clarify what occurred for anyone reading this review. You brought in two key fobs for programming. One key fob programmed and functioned properly, while the second key fob unfortunately failed during the programming process due to an internal fault. Unfortunately, when a key fob itself is defective, it cannot be repaired or reprogrammed — replacement is the only solution, which is set at a manufacturer-controlled price. The programming charge covered the diagnostic time and successful programming of the working key fob. While we always try to help where possible, we are unable to discount or override pricing on factory-controlled parts when a component itself has failed. I do appreciate you acknowledging that the service writer was professional throughout your visit. We never want a customer to leave unhappy, but we also want to be transparent about what can and cannot be done when dealing with electronic components and manufacturer pricing.
