The folks at Otis are very friendly and helpful. They completely looked over my Smart Car and found there was a warranty issue which they alerted to me to bring to my dealership to get repaired and cover completely looked over my Smart Car and found there was a warranty issue which they alerted to me to bring to my dealership to get repaired and covered. They took great care to look at all the other major areas during the oil change process to ensure everything was covered (even though it's not a Ford vehicle). I was very impressed and will certainly bring all my car business to them.
