I wasn't contacted about my car for 5 months. I had been waiting to hear when it would be ready. And never did and when I called to inquire. I was informed that Bill was unsure that my vehicle wa I had been waiting to hear when it would be ready. And never did and when I called to inquire. I was informed that Bill was unsure that my vehicle was still in the dealerships possession. And had thought I had abandoned it. I was then told I could pick it up but the battery was dead since it had been sitting. But someone from service would be able to jump me and Bill verified that they would still be there when I was able to come by to get my car. I then get there just after 6pm the agreed upon time and no one from service is there to jump my vehicle. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous and my issue with my vehicle wasn't even fully fixed More
