Explained mechanical issue to Amber over the phone and she quickly recognized issue, confirmed that the part was under warranty and scheduled my appt. All went well during service call and she had me roll she quickly recognized issue, confirmed that the part was under warranty and scheduled my appt. came in for an oil change, as I am in the waiting room I get a text from the sales dept. saying that they are looking for used cars just like mine. what a dick sales tactic, here i am enjoying a cup of coff get a text from the sales dept. saying that they are looking for used cars just like mine. what a dick sales tactic, here i am enjoying a cup of coffee and I am getting sales pitched if I was looking to trade I would go to sales not service. Second text is from the service dept. saying that the work has started and the cost was going to be something like 86 dollars or something like that.Then the service person comes to the waiting area to inform me that several other things were wrong with the car; TPMS,rear brakes and rotors,alignment needs to be done, flush tranny and differential.Its funny how when the car was there in October none of this was found then.I had new tires and an alignment done at a shop in October so in 6 months I need another one done, I am bringing my car today back to the place that did the tires and alignment, LET'S SEE WHAT THEY SAY! I would be more than happy to share the print with you!Then when I go to pay for the oil change the price was 140.00 so I questioned that and I was told the text in fine print says that parts are extra, are you xxxxing kidding me an oil change includes the xxxxing oil! Just like when you order a hamburger it comes on a roll they don't charge extra for the roll! So a 140$ oil change turns into a 2,200$ bill. Well I don't think that I will be giving your dealership any 5 star reviews!! More

The greeting service people are friendly and want to help. They are a victim of the mechanics working on your car. Who are just in my opinion pretty bad. Wanted Inspection and new battery. They changed help. They are a victim of the mechanics working on your car. Who are just in my opinion pretty bad. Wanted Inspection and new battery. They changed the battery before the Inspection. Now I had to drive 150 miles before they could do an emission inspection. Not too smart. Glove box needed repair. They examine order and charge for part, go to appointment bring car in. oh! needs something else will cost more and more parts. No thank you I left. The mechanics their have to do too much trouble shooting to get to the problem and cost you a small fortune. Glove box never did get fixed and in worst shape then when I brought it there. Was told by 2 different people not to bring your Cadillac there I should have listened. Sorry just not happy. More
