After experiencing a blowout on my brand new XT 6, while driving on the NY Thruway (and then driving an hour with the donut) my nerves were completely shot. I arrived at OTTO service completely overwhelmed and ready to walk away from the car. However, Bill McLean immediately put me at ease. Not only did he service the car in a complete and timely manner, but Bill also advocated on my behalf with my third party tire and wheel insurance. While I'm still dealing with the insurance, I have every confidence in the performance of my knew tire and the reassurance from Bill concerning the safety of the other three tires. Bill managed to turn a horrific experience into a triumphant one. More
