1. Disrespected and scoffed at by Bill. 2. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation?? How could that be? 3. Bill tried to charge me for work covered by ATMOS. 4. Bill is a terrible listener, and isn't it a service person's responsibility to listen and hear what a client has to say? There was at least a year between service appointments, and Bill didn't change for the better one tiny bit........My first experience with Bill was just as disappointing as the second one was. When I asked Siarra(?) On the phone about how could they still be working on an oil change and tire rotation over 90 minutes after it was dropped off..... I was met with about 20 seconds of dead air and a cop out of 'all I know is their still working on it' The one and only redeeming thing about my appointment was the very nice loaner I was given. I am thankful for that. My last appointment was est.to be 2 hours and it ended up being 5 hours. We love our salesperson (Declan) and we love our car........loving bringing it in for service.....not so much! More
