From the first phone call to the final services provided, I felt taken care of by Ourisman Chevy. My car is now safer than it was before I took it in. I've since taken my vehicle to the service department and find that they do good work. Although you don't need to take your car in for an oil change every 3000 miles as they may suggest, I can tell that they do good work and they aren't trying to scam me out of my money. Their other services are VERY reasonably priced for the DC area and if you were to do what they say, your car would probably last for 1,000,000 miles; you can do the work cheaper yourself but again, I trust the service department. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. I am happy with my first Chevrolet experience and would go back to Ourisman CBGMC any day for another vehicle. More

After being helped by Tyler with the selection of a Car, Bruce Polanski helped me figure out the financing as well as the trade-in of my previous car.
