Buddy explained my repairs and argument to Brian Blakeslee (Service Director). Brian then contacted GM to explain my issue and GM offered to assist with the repairs. Poor customer service I brought my vehicle this year of April and here it is August and my car have a shake to it when it's at a complete stop. I took it to service 3 times I brought my vehicle this year of April and here it is August and my car have a shake to it when it's at a complete stop. I took it to service 3 times and they weren't able to fix it all they could tell me it's the characterist of this vehicle. The vehicle wasn't doing it when I first purschased it. I called the Gm 7 times still no call back and I left messages but when I was in there the other day she was on her cell phone. I would never reccomand this dealership to anyone. More
