Good but too long to get appointment Service manager was good but I think it is ridiculous that I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment for an oil change. Treated as family I have been an Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram customer since 2012. While I have received good deals in the Sales side it it the Service Department that keeps I have been an Ourisman Jeep Dodge Ram customer since 2012. While I have received good deals in the Sales side it it the Service Department that keeps me coming back. We return to the service department three to four times a year for routine service . When my wife and me arrive they know us by name and if only one of us shows up they inquire as to why the other. There is stability in personnel as well with most of the service writers being the ones I have dealt with since my first purchase. The pricing of the services received is fair and market price. I have never been overcharged for any service provided and they do all the services including brake replacement. More

Bought a dodge durango and the salesman told us they would fix the rattling noise as well as the crack in the rear panel. Took it in for service and they couldn't find noise and ordered part said they would look at it again. Called a month later and part was in(which nobody called to tell us) took car back they found what was causing noise but now we have to pay to fix it and funny the part wasnt there and guess what neither was our salesman. So we got screwed and they didn't fix a thing. Please dont buy anything from them ever you will be given the run around. Don't trust them and our satellite radio isn't working either. Needless to say fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong. More
