Worst Service EVERRRR I walked into the service department because I MADE an appointment for my oil change no one acted like they wanted to assist me. Then tell me Barry is going to help me, I go talk to barry he explains he is off and someone else have to assist me. I walk back in, the gentlemen told me that I would have an deal for getting my oil change package. I told him I received an coupon from them in my email for my oil and its 89 he explains that doesnt cover tire rotation. When I look online for my 15,000 oil change service it includes tire rotation. I would not have to pay 40 extra dollars for an tire rotation. After going home and futher researching this information I am furious that I did not get my full service that I ask for and I wish I wouldn't have to come back BUT i got the package for my oil change there. I am very upset and I will be calling to speaking to the manager of the service department. worst experience ever and they dont greet you when you walk into the department I waited and the person HAD an attitude because I needed an oil change. NEVER AGAIN i will send someone else to deal with that service. More

He has great customer skills and never tires of my questioning, even showing the issue on the service floor and meeting the mechanic, before any work is done. Maybe that explains why next month my Grand Cherokee will be 10 years old and is still climbing hills and plowing through the snow! And now even my sister takes her new GC to Dwayne. More
Find another dealer for factory service I had the computer on my Jeep reprogrammed to add the optional tire size $60.00... I went back a couple of months later and wanted to get another option programmed and was told $143.00. I talked to the manager.... he said the charge $119.00 and didn't know where $143.00 came from (nor did he ask the Service Write that was standing 10 feet from him). Then he said that the first reprogram was $60.00 because they also did a "recall reprogramming," so I was only charged half price. Problem is they quoted me $60.00 when I called, before they knew there was a recall. I'm not asking for it to be done for free, just honesty and consistency of pricing. More
I brought my 2003 Caravan (197,000 miles) for an oil change and assessment of conditions. I knew that there were problems. He went over each item with me and told me which ones needed to be done right away and which ones could wait a little while. He told me that, while they could do the work, a new vehicle could also be considered. He answered all my questions in a better than satisfactory manner and put no pressure either way. As it turned out, I did not have the service done - I bought a 2014 Caravan from Ourisman. At other places, I have sunk money into a car that was destined to fail anyway. This time, my cost was zero. Dwayne's help is the reason why he is called a Service "Advisor" - he advises and does not push. When I bought the new car, I stopped by and told him. He congratulated me and told me that he looks forward to servicing my car. Obviously I will be going back. I have used this shop for several years and have recommended it to others More
