I went to the dealership only to sign my documents and to take delivery of the car, and Oliver from the finance team explained the extended warranties and other protections the dealer offered - while not using aggressive sales tactics when I refused the stuff I did not want. When I finally took delivery of the car, there were no hidden charges over the earlier agreed upon price. Highly recommended. More
