Don "Okay" Nnatubeugo our sales associate, contacted me promptly and had the trucks waiting for us when we arrived. Before we headed out into our test drive, he explained all the features before we hit the road. During the drive, he made sure that we were comfortable with the truck. Don has a great attitude and was pleasurable to work with. Monty, the sales manager, worked with us till we were happy with the sale. Chad in the financing department was great too. No high pressure sales talk from any of them, otherwise we would have walked. We were there because we wanted to be, not because we had to. We can not said a bad word about any of them. We had some paint work (few minor scratches) today and the repair shop did a fantastic job. So far, we are very happy and will we continue to use this dealership. We love our new truck! More

Dashboard Replacement I would like to thank the Service Staff at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep for their outstanding performance in replacing the Dashboard in my 2014 Jeep Grand C I would like to thank the Service Staff at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep for their outstanding performance in replacing the Dashboard in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have used their service regularly and have always been impresed by the staff, beginning with he Service Manager, Scott Donaldson, to my Service Rep. Ellen Tardiff, but this time they reall demonstrated their expertise, customer care, and personal touch. I would like to also single out, Bob Heisner, the Senior Tech who took a personal interest in assuring me that, though this was a major endeavor, I would be satisfied. The Team kept me up to date on their progress and delivered my vehicle as promised.
