I took my vehicle through the "Express Service" lane at 7:40 a.m., I was told that it would take about 2 hours, so I decided to leave it and return later. I was given a ride back home by Ourisman's courtesy shuttle service. I received a call about 9:50 a.m. advising me that my van was ready. I went to pick it up, and since I had purchased the service contract, nothing was owed. The staff was efficient, courteous and helpful, and overall, my experience was very pleasant. I would give it 5 Stars! The only thing I miss is that the auto shop does not vacuum the floors of your vehicle the way that shops used to do back in the day. I really miss that. I don't know if there are any shops that do it anymore. More
