Poor to Horrible Service It took almost two weeks to fix a factory recall which contributed to my vehicle not starting. I never received follow up calls on the progress of my vehicle, no return calls concerning a loaner, and at one point in the 13 days my vehicle was at this facility the tech indicated they didn't know why the car was not starting after the recall part was replaced. I had to actually call the manager to get progress and status of my vehicle The customer service was horrible, however, previous times it was slightly above average. More

Bad experience to positive There was a problem with my appointment to have extensive work done on my Jeep Grande Cherokee. My biggest concern was the loaner car I was told would be available to me by the call center when I made the appointment was not available. I was very upset however the service consultant team of Pai and Natasha worked together to not only fit me in but also to get me a loaner.
