Emmanuel was professional, quick to respond to my questions, arranged the vehicle transfer from another dealership was easy and, developing a vehicle lease plan was easy. My greatest complement to Emmanuel was the financing and the timely process. We joked about the process and typically a person is held hostage at the dealership for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
