Great Experience This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. I called TJ before driving in from White Marsh to make sure the vehicle wa This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. I called TJ before driving in from White Marsh to make sure the vehicle was available. When I arrived, we went for a test drive, then we started talking numbers. I told TJ we were prequalified for a loan through our credit union. Not only did they lower the price to come within a few hundred dollars of our loan amount, he suggested we run the credit app through their banks. Well.....it turns out a seperate credit union picked up our loan at a rate very close to our own credit union. We went ahead and signed papers and Chu even lowered the price by a couple more dollars when the bank asked for a few hundred dollars down. We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. We have purchased from Jones Junction and Thompson in the past. Ourisman ranks right up there with Jones as one of the best out there!!! More

After loving the Ram, Tyler did an amazing job at working with me to find a deal on a used Ram. When we couldn't find a used Ram that I liked, Tyler was able to put together an amazing deal on a new Ram! He did an amazing job at showing me all the features of the Ram, and never pressuring me to make a decision. Instead, he helped me decide on exactly which trim Ram was best for me, then he walked me through the whole paperwork process. He also did a great job getting me a good trade in value on my last car.
