Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie responded

Mr. Customer, I appreciate you visiting today and am disappointed that your expectations were not met. You traded a vehicle that doesn't qualify for a Maryland Tax credit. We did everything we could on our end to secure this state credit for you however you don't qualify according to Maryland Law. If this was a dealership fee I would, of course, be open to removing most if not all of the fee. This balance is a Maryland Fee and they will not negotiate. I don't feel holding the dealership responsible for your tax is appropriate. As a show of good will to a new customer I offered to absorb $400 of the $660 owed in Maryland fees. Today you also mentioned an intermittent issue with your backup camera. I offered to provide you a no cost loaner while we diagnose and fix at no charge to you.
