Professional, Honest & Helpful As I was traveling some distance for this particular truck, we had made the purchase arrangements in advance via phone, email and text. Those contacts As I was traveling some distance for this particular truck, we had made the purchase arrangements in advance via phone, email and text. Those contacts were straightforward and honest. No games. Monty was a pleasure to work with. Upon arrival, all we met were genuinely friendly. Young Spencer, full of friendliness and bounding with energy, had everything ready and helped prepare us for the final paperwork. I had a slight glitch on proof of insurance. Spencer contacted my insurance agent (at 8:00 PM) to get the proper documentation. Finishing the paperwork was a good experience. Additional purchase options were made clear and explained without any undue pressure to buy. Lauren was professional, helpful and even fun. My wife (who absolutely hates accompanying me to a dealership) was relaxed and enjoyed the experience with Lauren as well. We are not connected with this dealership at all as we are 110 miles away. Furthermore, I'm an old guy who has bought a few vehicles in the past. Having said that, this is a place you want to visit when buying. You'll see when you get there. Then make your own assessment.
