This place is unethical and dishonest. Price listed on website was $1500 less than what they were advertising. I called and spoke with a salesperson who confirmed the price. Went to see the vehicle and found that they add a "reconditioning fee" of $1500 (in addition to other fees) - he admitted of course we are going to advertise the lower price. Next, he would not give me a final price, just kept saying what payment are you comfortable with and let's see if we can get there. I told him that I did not want my credit pulled until I knew the price of the vehicle, he continued to say the finance manager will work to get the payment you are looking for, again without the final price given. I told him at least 3 times that I did not want my credit pulled and he said we are only going to do a "soft" pull that will not affect your credit. I filled out the app for a soft pull and again asked him this is only a soft pull, correct? He responded with yes and left. A few minutes later I received a notice that a "Hard" pull had been done. He came back and I told him this and he said oh no we didn't do that so I showed him my phone that notified they had and then he apologized that he didn't know that and of course the payment was $50 more a month than I wanted. Had he just been upfront with the total price instead of the xxxxxxxx dishonesty - it would have saved me and him a lot of time and my credit report not being dinged. Needless to say, we are purchasing from a reputable dealer. This place is a joke. More

I am a Wrangler owner and wanted to purchase a new Wrangler. As I tried to negotiate on the asking price to match the price offered by others as I am a Credit Union member, the Lustine sales person Ik Wrangler. I am very offended by his comment. In my opinion, customer service is not a technical job and supposed to be the easiest job in the world for compassionate people. If Mr. Lemuwa is unfit to do the easiest job in the world then I believe, he is in Sevier need of trainings, specially the communication trainings. More
