He explained everything well and calmly that we first needed to get to the diagnosis stage. Once they took my vehicle in, he offered shuttle service to my home in Woodbridge. I have never heard of such an option. Long story short, he updated me about an hour later that the Check Engine light was a software update that was needed. Happy customer. And a great Assistant Service Manager who got my Challenger in and out for a 60k Service . I stopped coming here when I moved back I decided to try again! I have memories of a 4 hour wait like in the past for simple service, but given this visit as my indicator....Things have changed for the better!! I will keep coming back. Moose or No car. ELG More
