What can easily be a stressful experience was a very positive and rewarding experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and personable; no sales pressure in the least. He quickly understood our needs and helped narrow down our selection. I highly recommend looking for Sam to help find the right car for you. While negotiating our price, Doug from the Service Department came over to say hi to us. We bought our 2015 Durango from Doug when he was in sales. Azmi was very helpful and efficient in developing and finalizing our finances. Azmi was also very personable and treated my wife and me with understanding and respect. Actually treated us like family, I guess since this was our 4th car we purchased from Lustine. Azmi introduced us to Dan the General Manager who thanked us for our loyalty.
